Another lifelong Democrat has had enough of the left-wing lies.
Flint City, Michigan Council member Maurice Davice endorsed President Trump Wednesday during a rally at Flint Bishop Airport.
Speaking before Vice President Mike Pence, Davis criticized the Democratic party and said that although he voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016, he will be switching sides in support for President Trump.
“Right now the narrative has been spent, President Trump is full of hate. Let me tell you something, the Democrats are full of hate. I’m tired. I’ve been a democrat all my life, 64 years. The last four years I voted for Hillary Clinton,” he said. “This year I decided to go with President Trump.”
“I’m not a bootlicker. I’m not an Uncle Tom,” Davis continued. “Instead of being a divided state of America, it’s time to be the United States of America.”

Vice President Pence thanked Davis for the endorsement on stage, saying “Vice President of the City Council in Flint. Where are you, Maurice? Let’s hear it for Maurice. I’m partial to vice presidents. Thank you, Maurice.”
“And thank you all for being here today,” he continued. “It really is amazing to think about all that we’ve accomplished.”
The endorsement also caught the attention of President Trump, who tweeted a video of Davis’s speech Thursday morning.

With just 5 days until the election, Davis’ endorsement is just one of many examples of life-long Democrats abandoning the party that abandoned them in hopes of making America a better, more tolerant place.
