Eventbrite is joining the left-wing media in censoring pro-Donald Trump content.
President Donald Trump’s supporters were banned by the event-organizing website from sharing information about a march scheduled in the nation’s capital this weekend.
In the wake of the Trump campaign’s legal challenges to ensure a fair and free election, a “March for Trump” event has sprung up in several states to show support for the president.
But, organizers of the event discovered that they had been de-platformed by Eventbrite due to “harmful misinformation.”
“We do not permit events, content or creators that share or promote potentially harmful misinformation,” the email read.
“We have determined that your event violates our Community Guidelines and is therefore not permitted on the Eventbrite platform,” it continued.
The purpose of the march is to “demand transparency & protect election integrity.”
So, Eventbrite, how is that “harmful” or “misinformed?”
The chair of Women for America First, Amy Kremer, along with countless other Trump supporters, shared details of the march on Twitter.
“We cannot let them shut us down,” she wrote. “It is time that WE THE PEOPLE rise up and have our voices heard.”
But, Kremer had to urge her twitter followers that the march was in fact still happening, despite Eventbrite’s message.
“Big Tech is trying to shut down our march,” she said. “But we won’t let them.”
THE MARCH IS NOT CANCELED

Next it was @Mailchimp

Eventbrite won’t get away with this.
Trump supporters flooded Twitter to express their outrage and slam the event website, as well as other Big Tech companies that have drowned out pro-Trump voices.

This is wild. Facebook, Mailchimp, and now Eventbrite all de-platformed a pro-Trump march, labeling it "misinformation."
Woke corporate power, colluding against "wrong think." Remember when it was just Alex Jones? The slope, it is so slippery. https://t.co/QyoQygzvNm
