A recent action by DC Comics just goes to show how the morality of liberalism is about money; not standing up for ethics or what they believe to be right. After launching a woke version of the Superman comic titled Superman: Son of Kal-El during the height of ‘wokeism’ the bisexual Superman is getting canceled just as fast as he was released. The series’ 18th issue that will come out in December will be the last installment, the publisher announced at New York Comic Con. National Review reports:

The series saw a 17-year-old Jonathan Kent, the son of Clark Kent and Lois Lane, take on a number of social issues including climate change, school shootings, and the rescue of “undocumented migrants.” The series even featured face coverings in an effort to help mitigate the spread of Covid-19 in fiction.

The very first issue of Superman: Son of Kal-El ended in 17th best-selling comic place for the month it was released of July 2021. For comparison, it sold 68,800 copies; simultaneously, the 110th issue of Batman sold 125,000 and earned fourth place.

By the fourth issue of the woke series, it sold only 37,500 copies, “earning it an abysmal 55th place in October 2021 sales.” Nonetheless, when liberal morality doesn’t equate to dollars, how quickly their bleeding hearts turn cold.
