Pennsylvania Democrat Proposes Three-Child Limit Bill
A new bill is set to be introduced in Pennsylvania that will limit the number of children men can have to three. The bill would mandate vasectomies for men at age 40 or after their third child, whichever comes first.
Democrat State Rep. Chris Rabb (Philadelphia), the bill’s author, says it is “parody legislation” of the recent Texas anti-abortion law, which bans abortions after the baby’s heart activity can be detected. Rabb says the bill is meant to highlight a “gendered double standard.”
“To each person who views this bill I’ve introduced as absurd, I’d urge you to apply equal scrutiny to laws in places like Texas and right here in Pennsylvania, which enact paternalistic restrictions on the personal liberty of its women, trans men and nonbinary individuals who have an unwanted pregnancy,” Rabb said.
Politifact reported, “The proposed bill detailed in the memo also contains an enforcement provision explicitly patterned off the Texas abortion law, SB 8. Instead of making a violation a crime punishable by local or state government, it offers a $10,000 reward to any Pennsylvanians who report ‘scofflaws who have not complied with this statute within the allotted timeframe.’ It would also allow Pennsylvanians to take civil action against men who wrongfully conceive a child with them.”
A key difference between Rabb’s bill and the Texas bill is that Rabb’s bill is designed to prevent the creation of a new human life, while the Texas bill is designed to prevent the ending of a new human life.
The bill appears to be more similar to Communist China’s recent three-child policy, an eerie likeness due to the self-admitted socialists in the Democratic party.

First off there’s a hundred ways to keep from getting pregnant now a days, second the Dems want to allow abortions all the up to seven and eight months pregnant. Unless it’s a medical emergency it’s wrong, it’s flat out murdering a child!! So for all you folks that want to go out have a good time either don’t have sex or take precautions!!! Abortions should only be done when absolutely necessary (medical, rape, incest).

If Democrats are looking for moral equivalency to the Texas antiabortion law they have sourly missed the mark. I would suggest that this proposal is hypocritical as the Democrats continue to allow millions of illegal aliens into our nation. Now that’s moral equivalency.
